Hola! I'm Trishiana, also known as Ana Trishi, a visionary writer, lifestyle coach, and passionate promoter of Colombian art. Throughout my life, I've worn many hats—student, wife, mother, entrepreneur, lover, advocate, and community activist. Yet, amidst the hustle and bustle of fulfilling these roles, I found my sensuality slipping away. It was during this journey that I realized the importance of taking time for myself, to decompress and revitalize both my mind and body. This realization led me to create Tropical Healing Retreats for women, where I curate experiences for rejuvenation and self-discovery. Through my own experiences, I granted myself permission to embrace the best version of myself, to savor life through my senses, and to reclaim my original self, free of stress and worry. Alongside curating retreats, I've authored several books and journals, soon to be available as audiobooks on Amazon and our very own Sensuous-Living.com store. One of my latest projects, "Sensuous Women in the Bible: 13 Divine Feminine Archetypes, God, Sex, and Prophecies," has garnered international attention, with publication offers spanning the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, Canada, the US, and South Africa.
